Scope and contact

This policy applies to Bulls And Cows, the paid Flutter-based Android game operated by an individual under the name Alpaca Apps. It is separate from the main website privacy policy. Contact alpacacommunity@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

No advertising, analytics, or online player services

Bulls And Cows does not use Firebase, AdMob, analytics tracking, Google Play Games, or online leaderboards. It does not offer in-app purchases. The payment to download the app is separate from in-app purchases.

Data on your device

The game does not use the online player services listed above to collect or synchronise gameplay data. Any locally stored game data can be removed through Android's app-data controls. Clearing app data may remove progress and settings. This does not delete records held separately by Google Play.

Store purchases and platform data

Google Play handles the app purchase and download under its own terms and privacy policy. Google Play and Android may process transaction information, device information, crash reports, and platform diagnostics according to their policies and settings. This is separate from app-integrated analytics or Google Play Games. See Google's privacy policy.

Support messages and retention

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold. We may need to retain information for legal obligations or claims. We cannot delete your Google account or promise deletion of records controlled independently by Google.

Local app data remains until removed by you, the app, or the operating system. Google manages purchase and platform records under its own retention policies. Clearing app data or uninstalling the game does not necessarily remove those records.

Providers, international processing, and security

Google Play and our email provider process information needed for their services and may process it outside your country. See Google's international-transfer information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Privacy choices and rights

The app has no in-app privacy controls for the services it does not use. Android and Google account settings provide controls for local app data and Google's platform services. Privacy choices on alpaca-apps.com do not control this app.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. These rights may have conditions and exceptions.

Children's privacy

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Alpaca Apps without permission required by applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
